The Meadows
The Meadows is an Avion built community in Whitecourt, AB. with both architectural and landscape guidelines. This 10-plus acre community features a large 5.5 hectare water feature and the capacity for 65 serviced lots. What was previously a wet, heavily treed, boggy area is now an architecturally controlled, modular home community within Whitecourt, Alberta.
Avion Developments wanted to differentiate The Meadows from other
communities in Whitecourt. As a result, our project incorporates the only water feature with lake views of the man-made pond, asphalt, curb and gutter and control over the architectural aesthetics of the development.
Looking ahead, our vision for The Meadows is clear; to continue to create an architecturally controlled residential community that will protect the investment of its residents.
