Located adjacent to the Wal-Mart Supercentre on Prosperity Way, Prosperity Ridge is a new shopping centre location in Williams Lake, BC. Avion sold 14 fully serviced acres to Platform Properties Ltd.

 

Avion undertook this development on as a design-build. As project managers, Avion was responsible for:

 

• zoning approvals and development fees with the City and

     provincial departments

• retaining and coordinating the services of professional

     engineers and other sub-consultants

• coordinating the design and installation of Hydro, telephone

     and cable TV

 

Avion successfully delivered a product to the customer on-time and on budget.
