Deer Park Estates is a 62 acre residential community.Avion Developments successfully subdivided the community into 13 parcels comprising of 2 to 5 acre lots for single family homes. Avion Developments successfully negotiated with the municipality to connect the neighbourhood’s services with municipal infrastructure, designed the site and built the community from raw land into fully serviced lots.
